Pete Nielsen of Calgary, AB, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at the age of 82 years.

Pete was born in Calgary, AB, on March 31, 1942. He graduated from S.A.I.T. He married Dale Pon in 1974, and together they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on January 11, 2024

He accomplished much throughout his life and was particularly proud of his career with the City of Calgary as an LRV Trades Foreman. Pete loved spending time with his family, and he will be most remembered for his humour and his laughter.

Besides his loving wife Dale, Pete is survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings and in-laws, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

No Funeral Service will take place as per Pete’s request.
