Condolences
I still can remember all us boys letting lined up in the back alley. Then Jack getting out his clippers and we all got brush cuts.

We met Jack in 2019. Jack was a good man and a good friend. He was always kind. He always had lot's of stories about his truck driving. With a great sense of humor we would trade jokes back and forth. We shared many good times with Jack and will miss him. We send our love and condolences to Olga and Jack's entire family. Norm. and Brenda Higgins.
We were blessed to have “Grandpa Jack” as our next door neighbour in Fort St. John BC for over twenty years, but he and Olga became much more to us than that. We shared many celebrations, achievements and milestones together through the years. He was there in Emergencies to chauffeur us to the hospital or hold down the fort until I returned or to race to for help in a crisis. My children, especially my son Brian would disappear to “Grandpa’s” shop and sit on one of his tractor stools for a visit. I first met Jack when I was canvassing for the Kinsmen Annual Telethon, his company would not sponsor anything but he and his wife would but he wanted to remain anonymous, a year later, we moved in next door. Jack and Olga were our strength and stay through many challenging times - although life events took us in different directions in recent years Jack has always held a special place in our hearts. Rest easy Jack, you truly epitomize the phrase “a life well lived!”
Uncle Jack was so kind and loving, always smiling and had a joke to tell. He always made you feel special. His warmth and compassion will be so missed by everyone. Our hearts go out to everyone in the family. Love, Debby, Shavaun & Shandra
Uncle Jack was always fun to spend time with. He always had a smile and a lame joke for every occasion.
He will be missed by all of us but I’m glad I have so many good memories of him. My heart goes out to all your family. Please give Aunty a big hug from me
