Obituary of Edouard Jean Pierre Pieszak

Edouard Jean Pierre Pieszak of Diamond Valley, AB, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at the age of 75 years.

Ed ran his own businesses for 36 years; first P&S Construction, then Pieszak Finishings, and finally Pieszak Custom Cabinets.

He retired in 2018 and enjoyed travelling to visit his son and family in BC, as well as visiting family who reside in France.

He enjoyed boating, fishing, and golfing with his friends and family. He also spent hours in his garage woodworking.

Ed is survived by his daughter Michelle Wheatley (Clayton), son Nick Pieszak (Erica), his three granddaughters, Megan, Marissa, and Madelyn; his four sisters, Irene, Marie, Isabelle, and Helene; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ed was predeceased by his parents, Anna and Bolek Pieszak.

Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Fish Creek, 14441 Bannister Road SE, Calgary, AB) on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.

The family has asked that donations be made directly to your local humane society or SPCA.
