Robyn, my friend,
I am so sorry about Brendan. I cannot imagine the heartbreak you're feeling as his mother. Such beautiful potential.....
You will keep all the wonderful parts of him alive in the memories you pass along to Chase. He is at peace, and I hope that brings you some comfort during this terrible time for your family and his friends. All my thoughts are with you, Michael, Greg and Chase.
XO
Danielle
I will always remember Brendan as the sweet boy, with the big smile and even bigger heart. Our days spent in the Shuswap as kids are memories I will hold with me forever. You will be greatly missed and forever loved... fly high my dear friend xox
We will forever remember Brendan as that beautiful little boy with the mischievous grin running wild through the campground at Marble Point, Shuswap. His love of campfires, endless games of kick the can, his long tinfoil guitar solo and especially his role as his big brother’s protector ❤️
I was heart -broken to hear of Brendan’s passing. I will always remember him, as a child, “bombing” up to our place on his BMX bike, radiating a smile and life. To his family, am so,so sorry for your loss.
First time I met Brendan I was blown away. He seemed like a man amongst us boys. Smart, driven, charismatic. He could build you a room and then light it up with his smile. My heart goes out to his mother and brother.
I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of Brendan. He was a caring, kind person with so much talent. I remember many camping trips with Brendan at the lead. He always cared for my dog, Rocky (even though he was small!) and his laugh was infectious. I’m thinking of Brendan’s family, his son, brother and mother during this time and sending all of my love to them and the many people affected by this loss.
My sincere condolences to the family… so unfortunate to hear the loss of Brendan. I have such wonderful memories of hanging out with him and having a good time and lots of laughs with friends. He was always so happy and the life of the party and always such amazing man to talk to and always put a smile on your face. So sorry for your loss… sending my love to the family and friends.
I have many happy memories with Brendan. Many camping trips and times spent with friends. I remember him teaching me how to ride his dirt bike in the green space out front of his mom’s house, skeet shooting for the first time, and spending time with his family around their kitchen table. Brendan was so fun and talented. I remember him winning an award at SAIT during his apprenticeship and competing so well. My deepest condolences to Robyn, Michael, family and friends.
My sincere condolences to the Button family very sorry for your loss
I remember going to one of his new years party’s and at the end of the night when those of us who were staying the night were getting to sleep one of his other friends had grabbed his blanket off his and ran into the living room and Brenden comes tearing in after butt naked runs into a coffee table and broke one of his moms vases and got told off for doing so
My fondest memory of Brendan was one time I went ice fishing with his brother Michael and their Dad, what was supposed to be ice fishing turned into two brothers facing off in a snowball fight, needless to say it was a funny moment that I never forgot.
Condolences to the Button family
Brendan’s passing is a difficult to accept loss. He was such a talented, nice, friendly, beautiful young man! He will be missed terribly! Heartfelt condolences from us all! Anne, Sherry, Clarence, Mark, Matthew
I knew Brendan when he lived on my street. He was the kind of guy always willing to lend a helping hand in a construction project or repairing a car. We’d have play dates with our kids and his son, and he was so good and so fun with the kids. I’ll miss him and remember him as a kind, fun person. My condolences to friends and family members who are grieving his loss as well.
