Obituary of Lorne Jerome Spooner

October 13, 1946 – Weyburn, Saskatchewan

September 12, 2024 – Calgary, Alberta

Lorne Spooner, Donna’s beloved husband, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024, in Calgary, AB at the age of 77 years.

Besides his loving wife, Lorne is survived by his two daughters, Zandra Knibbs (Richard) of Edmonton, AB and Candace Atwood (Jay) of Calgary, AB. He also leaves behind his three grandchildren, Trinity Knibbs, Josh Knibbs and Ashley Knibbs all of Edmonton, AB.

He was a man of immense humour and wisdom, who cherished every moment spent with his loved ones, especially his grandchildren who held a special place in his heart. Though we will miss him tremendously, he will remain forever in our hearts.
