Sheila Clapham (nee Sullivan), beloved wife of William "Bill" Clapham, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at the age of 85 years. Sheila was born in Calgary, AB, on July 22, 1939. She attended St. Joseph school and St. Mary's Girls School and remained an active member of St. Mary's Cathedral throughout her life, where she volunteered her time.

Sheila was a passionate bridge and tennis player, spending many enjoyable hours with her bridge and tennis groups. She was fond of her friends, “the bridge broads”, and her beloved bible study group. She was well-loved by her neighbours in the Roxboro community, where she lived for many years. Whether spending time with friends or partaking in activities at The Glencoe Club, Sheila was always surrounded by companionship. She also became a baseball fan and enjoyed many games at Foothills Stadium.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the wonderful staff at Mayfair Care Centre for their compassionate care during Sheila’s final years.

Sheila will be remembered for her kindness, her dedication to her family, the strong bonds she shared with her neighbours and friends, and her beautiful white hair. She will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her loving husband Bill and their son Kyle Clapham, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Sheila was predeceased by her parents and her siblings.
