Condolences
with sincere condolences of your loss . We are all sending hugs to the entire family and our thoughts and prayers.
Connie is a wonderful soul and she will be together again with Stan. We celebrate the celebration of her life.
We send all of our love, Dan and Marlene, and daughters Kim, Wendy, Janelle, and their families.
It was always such a joy whenever I was invited to a family event where Connie and Stan were present. They were simply the cutest sweetest couple. Im so glad to have me them and I'll always think so fondly of Connie after receiving a thank you note when she won a painting of mine at a fundraiser auction. No one does that. It was such a delightful suprise. She was so thoughtful and left a legacy of super thoughtful girls and grandchildren. I adore all of you Lisa, Jodi, Leanne and of course my adorable sister-wife Karen. I wish I was there just to feel all the love as you remember your beloved Mama. I am honored to have been on the receiving end of her laugh and smile. Know that my heart is with you and sending hugs and kisses from Florida.
So sorry to hear of the loss of your mom and grandmother.
She was always such a wonderful, pleasant and elegant lady when she came into my office.
She was a joy to look after as a patient ,until she moved from her house in Collingwood and left my practice.
Connie was an inspiration to me as I often saw her walking up 14 street to Northill to meet her friend .
Hopefully all your memories of your delightful mom will help you thru this trying time and onward.
My thoughts are with you and your families .

Dear Karen, Jodi, Lisa and Leanne
My deep sympathy and condolences for the loss of your dear Mother, Connie. I will always remember her kindness, elegance and refreshing truthfulness. The support and empathy she (and your Father, Stan) provided during Anna's illness struggle was profound and greatly appreciated for which we were and I am eternally grateful. Talking regularly by telephone followed by her frequent lengthy, tireless and uplifting letters (an art that has sadly dwindled in this modern era of texting) meant a lot to Anna who was so very fond of your Mother and Father. More than simply support, these expressions of compassion provided Anna with much encouragement in a time of need and vulnerability, and speak volumes of your Mother's character. Following Anna's passing, Aunt Connie continued to write (through post) letters to me for many years, providing the same support and compassion. I've kept those epistles and had opportunity to read a few in memory this evening. The words of wisdom she penned ring especially true at this time of reflection, " Remember the good times - and keep her memory close". A wonderful spirit.
God will protect her,
Patrick Teefy
Sending our thoughts to you all. Lots of wonderful memories shared over many great meals. Special times. Connie always had a smile on her face. She will be missed.

Leanne,
So sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom. Such an inspirational lady. I used to be so amazed at how far she could walk. She really was a lovely person and will be missed.
My thoughts are with you and your family
Nancy Phillips (Porter)
Aunt Connie was a lovely lady. She will be truly missed and I am sending my condolences to all of her family.
Oh my gosh Leanne, I didn't realize that your mom passed the same day as my brother. Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts. Your mom was an amazing woman. I still recall standing at the doorway of Foothills Hospital as she was walking by on one of her 'long' walks. I also remember that she was the worlds best 'presser'. Everything was ironed to a tee! Sending love and hugs to all of you, her passing will leave a huge hole - she was the ultimate Matriarch. Rest in Peace Connie.
