It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Brendan Fairhurst Keen on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at the age of 47 years.

Brendan was born in Calgary, AB, to Brian and Jo Anne Keen, and spent his childhood in Red Deer, AB. In 2011, he married Trish Ferguson of Calgary. In his formative years, Brendan had a strong penchant for world travel and had extended trips to India, Mexico, Columbia, China, Peru, and many other destinations. Brendan subsequently had a twenty-year-long career in the Calgary real estate industry, specifically as a retail leasing agent.

Brendan will be lovingly cherished by his parents, Brian and Jo Anne; sisters, Sarah (Rob), Litvinchuk, and Jenna (Kylie) Kissel; son Hunter Keen, as well as numerous relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Brendan’s Life will be held at Earl Grey Golf Club (6540 20 St SW, Calgary, AB T3E 5L2) on Sunday, November 17, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A brief service will be held, starting at 1:15 p.m.
