Obituary of Angela Angi RIVARD

April 30, 1960 – Calgary, Alberta July 18, 2014 – Calgary, Alberta Angi beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend, passed away peacefully with her son at her side on July 18, 2014 at the age of 54 after a 7 month courageous battle with throat cancer. Angi lived in various places as a youth starting with Calgary, Germany, Shilo, and Gibbons. As an adult she lived in Edmonton, Wetaskawin, and Drumheller. She loved cats and did foster care for cats in need of temporary homes. Angi was very creative and loved writing. Angi is survived by her son Casey van Noord, his wife Paige and two granddaughters Livy and Reily; her mother Hannelore van Noord; sisters Barbara (Earle) Kowalewich, Irene Woods, Sonya van Noord, Shirley (Cliff) Bordt, and her brother Frank. She was predeceased by her sister Sylvia, and father Cornelis. A Private Family Gathering will be held at a later date. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
