Condolences
To all members of the Pringle families I send my sincerest condolences. May and Bill were among Nancy and my dearest friends. Although not unexpected, her passing is a loss to all of us who had the privilege to call her friend.
Sincerely, Duane Wikant
I am saddened by May’s death but am comforted by the thought that she may be with Bill again. They were such a team, both personally and professionally.
I was lucky to have known May my entire life. I grew up with her and Bill frequently around, as she and Mom and Dad were good friends. She was like an Aunt to me, since we shared many times, including special occasions together. As I grew into adulthood, I appreciated her as a model of a strong, independent woman. She spoke her mind, was active and well traveled, was generous, supported various causes, put an emphasis on female friendships, and was a gracious hostess. These attributes helped to show me a less traditional way of being a woman and a wife when many of my female role models were traditional home makers and wives.
I have many happy memories due to May (and Bill); my honeymoon at their condo on Maui, weekends at their Shushwap cottage, and dinners at their home on Wildwood Drive and their Eau Claire condo. The conversations were always interesting and the laughter plentiful.
May she rest in peace after a life well lived.
Laura Wikant
My deepest condolences to May's family and friends. I was fortunate to have met May through my volunteer work with seniors 3 years ago.
May was so charming and I enjoyed our time together. She loved sharing memories of her wonderful life and her zest for great conversation.
She will be greatly missed.
