Dear Celine,
It is with a heavy heart that I write these words. I am deeply saddened by your passing, and I want to express my deepest condolences. You faced your illness with such bravery and grace, your strength and resilience were truly inspiring.
It was my honor to have known you and worked alongside you for the past seven years. You were not only a wonderful colleague but also a true rock and confidant to me. Throughout those years, I could always rely on you, trust you, and count on your wisdom and strength.
I will truly miss you. Your laughter, kindness, and unwavering support will always stay with me. The memories we created together will remain in my heart forever.
With deepest sympathy,
Margaret
Dear Celine,
It's hard to find the right words to express the loss of someone so special. I remember the days we travelled together from our office to our Chinese dance classes. Those wonderful times will remain in my heart forever. You were not just a wonderful coworker and companion, but you were also a bright presence in our dance class. You brought joy and energy to every step we took. I’ll always remember the way you lit up a room, not just with dancing but with your spirit.
Your kindness, laughter, and grace will always remain in my heart.
You will be deeply missed and your memory will continue to inspire me both at work and on the dance floor.
Rest in peace, my friend.
With love and remembrance,
Jane Tang
Celine, you were a beacon of love, courage, and kindness. Even in the face of unimaginable challenges, you showed resilience, strength, positivity and bravery that inspired us all.
Since the very first day, you were always welcome in our family and held a special place in our hearts. We will hold onto the memorable times spent together and will cherish them forever but most importantly will never forget how gentle and sweet you were.
You were Ah-Miang’s pillar of strength and his rock who guided and supported him in every step of the way. We are grateful for the happiness and light you have brought in his life.
Despite the distance, both you and Ah-Miang were always in our thoughts and prayers during the difficult times. You are at peace now, free from pain, and in a better place.
You will always be remembered as the caring daughter-in-law, loving sister-in-law and friendly auntie.
You will be profoundly missed.
You will remain in our hearts and prayers.

I was so amazed by your capacity in Maths Xie! We used to laugh so much at that time! You had this gorgeous smile and this positive attitude for just everything.
Did not meet you after 1993 but be sure that like all our school friends of Loreto Convent Port Louis, will cherish forever these fond fond fond memories!

Thank you Celine for being a good friend who's kind & helpful. I'll always remember how willing & graceful you were when you & your group of dancers agreed to perform for our small group during the Chinese New Year celebrations.
Our sincere condolences to Jean Marc & the whole family.
May you Rest in Peace!
Celine worked with us here at DBH Law when she first began her career in Canada. We hired her despite her lack of experience because we literally had a gut feeling about her. This proved to be true, as she turned out be a very diligent, conscientious worker and a very quick study. In no time at all she had learned all our process and systems and quickly became a "go to" person and resource in the office. She literally had a smile that would light up a room and had a sly sense of humor. We certainly missed her when she moved on from us, but we did enjoy encountering her from time to time on the other side of files.
We wish her well on her new journey and extend our deepest sympathies to her family and close friends.

Thank you Cel for being a great friend to me. I will always remember our laughs our nights out clubbing, our weekends at Anse La Raie. You will be missed. We know you are in a better place now. A special thought to Jean Marc who has been there for Celine through ups and downs. You are a great husband to Cel!
Dear Celine, we were in the same year at Loreto College of Port Louis and we graduated in 1993. I will always remeber you as a bubbly and cheerful person. You will be dearly missed by all. RIP Celine
Celine was an amazing person and an inspiration to all. It was a blessing to have known her for a long time. We will miss you.
My sincere condolences to Jean Marc and to her families. RIP Celine
Celine,
We're gonna miss you so much! I know you're in a better place now, and that's what keeps me going. You were so strong and fought so hard, but unfortunately, you lost the battle. I wish we could have been there with you every step of the way, but we were just too far away. You'll always be in our hearts, though. You were such an amazing person, always so cheerful and helpful. I know you wanted us to remember you as you were before you started suffering, and we will. Your memories will live on forever.
I also want to thank Jean Marc for taking care of you until the end. He was always there for you, even when no family was around. Only friends. I know it was tough at times for both you and Jean Marc, and you may have felt alone, but we were always thinking of you and praying for you. Jean Marc, now that Celine is no more, you still have our full support, no matter how far away we are.
Love,
Emily
Thank you for being a great friend. We have great memories together and had a good laugh, alle camper, discotheque (retourne la case 5am).
Vole, Vole mon amie
Va retrouver la lumière
Va t’en loin, Va t’en sereine
Tu seras toujours dans mon coeur
My dear Celine,
I will always treasure the memories of growing up together. The “Lam Cham Kee” family was close, and we shared so many wonderful gatherings. You were always with Moy, Emily, and Angelie, lovingly called our “ cançon-chemise” group. As the youngest, I loved tagging along and felt so proud watching you all perform on stage.
I still remember the dance video you sent us. You were as graceful and beautiful as ever, a true inspiration to me!
I will cherish the times we shared in France and Canada, even the misadventures we laughed about later. It’s hard to believe I won’t see you again. Saying goodbye to someone so dear is never easy, but we will always hold onto the special memories of you.
Rest in peace, my beautiful cousin
Jaimie
A Tribute to Celine from All of Us, Your Cousins:
Though not all of us had the chance to know you as deeply as we wished, some of us came to learn of your journey - one that was far from easy, yet you carried it with resilience and dignity.
For nearly a decade, you shouldered the burden of illness with grace, never letting it define you. You faced your cancer quietly and courageously, enduring its challenges with strength that inspires us all. Though you experienced moments of recovery, you faced the relentless progression of the disease in the end, never giving up, even when the battle grew too heavy.
Life handed you many challenges, but you faced them head-on, overcoming the pain of being misunderstood and unacknowledged at times. It is a testament to your character that, despite those struggles, you remained graceful, kind, and steadfast.
Through it all, your husband stood beside you, sharing in your life’s joys and trials. We honor his role in your journey and the love you both shared, which is a testament to the strength of partnership and devotion.
We, your cousins, may not have been by your side as much as we should have, but please know this: you were never forgotten, and you will never be forgotten. You were a part of us - a thread in the fabric of our family. Your quiet strength inspires us to cherish and support one another more deeply, as you taught us by example.
Rest now, dear Celine. May you find the peace and comfort you so deeply deserve, surrounded by love that knows no distance or end. We are proud to call you family, and you will always be in our hearts.
With love and admiration,
Your cousins
Dear Celine,
We miss you so much and I can’t believe you are gone…
I will always cherish every moment we shared : dancing, clubbing, pyjama’s nights and traveling together with the cousins- The famous 5.
Goodbye for now, my lovely cousin. I know you’re watching over us from heaven. You were too special for this world, and now you’re a shining star guiding us with your light.
Love,
Angelie
