Condolences
To Tony and Family, Marilyn and I send our most profound condolences to you all. We became such close friends in 1975, when we met in Sogamoso, Colombia. What great adventures we had together while there! Molly won a prize for her driving skills one year at the annual Fería de Acero - I think she had the largest vehicle there! Another time she and Marilyn were down at the Almacén Madrid. She asked Roberto for a hatchet, but instead used the Spanish word for "H". He laughingly leapt over the counter, grabbed a large sheet of paper and drew her a huge "H"! Our Jennifer, at the age of five decided to run away from home, and she wanted to live with Molly and the girls. Molly told her it was OK but she'd have to work there - every one of her girls had jobs they had to do. Jennifer quickly returned home! Molly's personality lit up the space wherever she went. We and our family will miss her and send our sincere wishes to Tony and the rest of the family. Love, Marilyn & Jack
Today, the world lost an incredible soul, and I lost my mom.
She was more than a mother—she was my role model, my biggest inspiration, my comfort, and the heart of our family.
To know her was to be touched by her kindness, strength, and love. She had a way of lighting up every room she entered, and her laughter could warm even the coldest day. She was the funniest, most loving, and supportive person I’ve ever known.
Her kindness, strength, and generosity touched everyone she met. She lived her life with grace and purpose, making the world a brighter place. She also had a sharp wit, a loving heart, and a way of making people feel seen and valued.
While my heart is heavy and broken with her passing, I choose to celebrate the incredible life she lived and the countless memories she gave us. I will hold onto her laughter, her love, and the profound impact she had on everyone who knew her.
I miss her more than words can express, but I’m comforted knowing she left this world peacefully. Her legacy of love, laughter, and compassion will continue to inspire me every day.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out with kindness and support. It means more than you know. ❤️
Molly was a wonderful colleague and friend when we worked together in the Board of Commissioners office at the City of of Calgary.
The people of Calgary were well served by her competence. Her positive outgoing personality made it a great pleasure to work with her.
Bob Holmes,

I will always remember Molly for her significant contribution to district 42 Toastmasters.
