Obituary of Richard Ishmael Khan

Richard Ishmael Khan of Calgary, AB, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at the age of 48 years. Richard was born in Georgetown, Guyana on May 22, 1976.

Rich accomplished much throughout his life and was particularly proud of his success in the electrical field as a Red Seal Electrician who completed his training at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). He was also very proud of his two children, whom he loved dearly.

Rich loved taking motorcycle rides to the mountains; it was one of his favourite things to do. He will be most remembered for his outgoing personality, the laughter he brought, and always being there for the ones he loved.

Richard is survived by his daughter, Catrina Khan, and his son Lexington Khan. He is also survived by his loving mother, Zirool Khan, and will be missed by many cherished friends and family members.
