Condolences
Paul was such a kind and honorable man. I was one of his bankers when he was with Temple and always enjoyed dealing with him. My sympathies to his family and all whom loved him.
With sincere best wishes and condolences to Paul's family. Paul was a mentor during my two season summer job at Canadian Hunter learning the Hunter Way. It was an absolute pleasure to reconnect with Paul more recently while Pipestone emerged and grew to be the success it is today. Thank you Paul for the cherished memories, your support and kindness.
Anne, JIll, Joel and the Wanklyn Family,
Please accept my sincere condolences. Paul was one of the nicest and classiest guys I have ever known. May his memory be a blessing.

Anne, Jill, Joel, Barb, Steve and the rest of Paul’s family, our sincerest condolences. Paul’s optimism and zest for life was contagious and made every interaction with him an enjoyable experience. The world is a sadder place without his presence. Howie and Michelle Crone.
To Paul's family:
My heartfelt condolences to you. I had the pleasure and honor of being a Geology summer student for Paul during the golden years of Canadian Hunter. Paul had such enthusiasm and passion for his work and everyone around. His encouragement kept me going when I returned to school in the fall. It truly was one of the best work experiences that I ever had.
Thank-you Paul.
Kindest Regards
Shelley Moore

Paul was a wonderful man to sit down and have a nice meal with a glass of wine. We enjoyed several events together over the years and I always enjoyed hearing his thoughts on the topic of the day. Whether it was politics, climate change, oil and gas challenges or our golf game he was always respectful and knowledgeable in these discussions. I wish to express my deepest sympathy to all of Paul’s family during this difficult time.
Paul was a wonderful friend - we shared many mountain adventures as teenagers and young adults . His kindness , gentle nature , ease to laughter , and adventurous spirit will stay with me forever . Paul was so crazy in love with Anne since the day he met her and I’m so very happy that they shared a wonderful life together . Anne , Jill and Joel - you had a gem, a one in a million kind of guy as a husband and Dad . I was blessed to have him in my life so very long ago . Sending you love in this difficult time . Paul was a friend since childhood. I remember tagging along with Bob and Val, Mr and Mrs Wankling at the time, on family ski trips. I remember trekking up the back side of Temple Mountain in jeans. And I remember Paul’s childhood dream of dating the young and still beautiful Anne. Paul had a way of making all his dreams come true. I will miss him greatly. Rob Millar
