Condolences
Myles and Family:
My wife Diana and I had the wonderful privilege of visiting Andrew who was in the next room to Diana's mother at Millrise. Andrew shared many amazing stories about a life well lived. Diana, being of Dutch heritage, especially enjoyed hearing the history and perspective that Andrew shared. Most importantly, it is an impactful statement of character when visitors are truly uplifted in an environment of sad circumstances. RIP Andrew.

I have only the most fond memories of "grandpa." He gifted me a pair of wooden clogs one morning at the Pfanntastic Pannenkoek Hoise that I have held onto all these years. Sending our condolences and all our love to the entire family.
Andy and I worked on the coal mapping and assessment project in the Alberta Research Council. In my 4 years working at the Research Council (1978-1982), Andy was in charge of planning and carrying out the coal drilling program. On my first day at the job and meeting Andy I knew I am meeting a special person. He was honest and hard working, and above all he was honest with a warm heart of gold. I was a single father to a boy of 7 then. Andy and Anne oppened their home to my son and I and made it like ours. Andy was a model husband and father.
My years working with Andy at the Council went by so quickly. I enjoyed Andy's and family friendship for the following 42 years since leaving the Alberta Research Council in 1982.
Rest in peace my Dutchman friend. You will remain in my heart and mind as long as I live.
I worked with Andy at ARC. He was a wonderful man! RIP!

I remember Andrew as a person always interested in people from all different regions and cultures. He became quickly involved in conversations because of his general interests in world matters and things happening around him; that’s how I got to know him decades ago. He was curious in people and became a friend with many of them. It is sad to see him go, however, altogether he had a long and wonderful life and a great family, the „Bosman Clan“.
Sorry to the family on the loss of Andrew. Our thoughts are with you all.
Glad that both he and Aunty Anne got through Covid and had more years together. Remember them from family gatherings and exchanged Christmas cards over the years but lost touch. My condolences to the family - he will be missed. May your memories bring you peace over the days ahead. Hugs to Auntie Anne. With love, Joyce Hutchison (wife of her nephew Ron Gieni who passed in 1978).
