Obituary of Gordon James SNEDDON

February 20, 1943 – Calgary, Alberta August 20, 2019 – Calgary, Alberta Gordon Sneddon “Gordie” of Calgary, Alberta passed away on August 20, 2019 at the age of 76 years. Gordie graduated from Crescent Heights High School and was an electrician for the Government of Alberta. Gordie, also known as “Doc” by his racing buddies. He enjoyed tinkering with cars and renovating houses. It was quite common for him to make a part for a car if he couldn’t purchase it. Gordie is survived by his brother, Bill (Betty); niece; Tracy (Ryan) Collyer and their children Benjamin and Callum; nephew, Tim (Jessica Brereton) Sneddon and their child Aiden. He was predeceased by his parents Lena and William Sneddon. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, , Calgary, AB), on Monday, August 26, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
