Obituary of Chantal Jaqueline Peters

July 30, 1991 – Orangeville, Ontario

January 14, 2025 – Calgary, Alberta

Chantal Peters (nee Juteau), a beautiful and radiant mother, daughter, sister and auntie, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her other half, Daniel Proctor, and father, Jacques Juteau, on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at the young age of 33 years. Chantal fought for almost five years, pushing herself constantly to get one more birthday and one more Christmas.

Chantal will always be remembered for her contagious laughter, smile and determination. Chantal would consider her biggest accomplishment in life to be her two children, Bryden (eleven) and Olivia (nine). She was so proud of these children every minute of every day. The love she gave them was unconditional.

One of Chantal’s favourite things in life would be travelling to a hot destination and lying down on the beach to soak in the best tan that she could get. The darker, the better. She enjoyed watching paranormal shows with Daniel and spending her time with him late into the night. She was always thinking of others, always being goofy and making us laugh, and the most stubborn person we all knew and loved. Her determination in life always had her pushing herself to what she wished to achieve.

Chantal is survived by her parents, Jacques Juteau and Carolyn Clarke; her sisters, Corrina Booth (Eric Danvers) and Mikayla Juteau (Nick Augustus); her nieces, Everly, Kenzie, Tobi, Mila and Charlee; her two babies, Bryden Peters, and Olivia Peters; and her significant other, Daniel Proctor “hubby” as she called him.
