Condolences
I was very sad to hear of Mary’s passing. We worked together for many years at BVC. It was a pleasure to watch her change from a shy, quiet person to a person filled with fun and laughter. She will be missed by many.
I had the great pleasure of working with Mary for many years at the college and always found her to be friendly and giving of whatever help I needed. My youngest daughter is named Alyssa so we each had an Alyssa in our lives so we often spoke of our families as well. Her family was always very special to her. Mary was very involved in college life and my best memory of her was when she played Santa at the Christmas party. I think she was the best one we ever had, her joy was overflowing. I will sadly miss being with everyone today but as I am still ill it is best I am there in spirit only. Mary will always be in my heart. She made my time at the college easier by her help and more fun by her being.
In love,
Steve

My sympathies and prayers are with Mary’s family. I was blessed to meet Mary at TOPS. Her sweet, kind way of welcoming new people into this group made coming week after week something to look forward to. Her laugh will resound in my memory for a long time.
