GRANT, Robert Henderson Aitken February 1, 1937 – Edinburgh, Scotland February 13, 2014 – Calgary, Alberta Robert Henderson Aitken Grant beloved husband of Irene Grant of Calgary, AB passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at the age of 77 years. Bob with his family and friends was able to create cherished memories throughout the years doing the one thing that gave him the most pleasure and enjoyment and that was camping. Bob was a proud member of the Lion’s Club in Calgary, AB for several years. Bob is survived by his loving wife Irene; his son David and daughter-in-law Deanne Grant of Krestova, BC; his daughter Susan and son-in-law Chris Thiesson of Calgary, AB; his five grandchildren Melissa, Kristina, Brendon, Emmett and Sage, as well his sister Dorothy of Edinburgh, Scotland. Bob was predeceased by his parents Jane and Alec Grant, his four brothers Alec, John, Bill and Jim Grant; his five sisters Phemie, Lizzie, Jean, Agnes and Margaret. The family would like to thank the staff at the Carewest George Boyack Nursing Home for the wonderful care Bob received and the kindness that was shown towards the family.
