Obituary of JORGENSEN- NELSON

Florence Jorgensen-Nelson, beloved mother of Todd Jorgensen-Nelson of Calgary, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2014 at the age of 83 years, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Her friends and family were a vital part of her life. Flo was a passionate gardener and loved tending to her flowers. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Flo was also lovingly supported by the friends of Bill W. For forty-five years, she devoted her time in passing on to them what was so freely given to her.
Flo is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Diane; granddaughters, Megan and Kyra; sister-in-law Lorraine Katelnikoff; cousins, Mike (Lil) Popoff and Jerry (Diane) Katelnikoff; and her beloved Snowball. Flo was predeceased by her children, Trevor, Tracy, and Margaret; brother Peter Katelnikoff; and parents Pete and Polly Katelnikoff.
A Celebration of Flo’s Life will be held at Crossroads Community Church (912 – 19th Street N.E.) on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
