Obituary of Frederick Fred BUTLER

1945 – Coley’s Point, Newfoundland 2014 – Calgary, Alberta Fred Butler, formerly of Coley’s Point, NFLD, passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Tom Baker Center in Calgary, AB on January 14, 2014 at the age of 68 years after a long battle with cancer. Fred was born in Coley’s Point, NFLD on September 18, 1945. He retired from Safeway 2 years ago after 17 years of service. He loved to spend time with his daughter and grandchildren, scratch lottery tickets and going to the Casino. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him. Fred is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Sherry Butler and Len Campbell; grandchildren, Keiran and Aaliyah Butler; brothers, Wes (Florance) Butler, Herb (Vera) Butler, Wallace (Joan) Butler, Fraser (Brenda) Butler; sister, Judy Hutchings; sister-in-laws, Jean Butler, Laura Butler; numerous nieces, nephews and his extended family Rod Rudolph, Craig Jubenvill, April Jubenvill, Rechelle Campbell and Shianne Campbell. He was predeceased his parents, Alice and Jonathan Butler; his brothers, Allan (Ena) Butler, Oliver Butler and Don Butler; and extended family Aaron Campbell.
