Dear Kerfoot Family, I have just read of your Mother’s death. I am the daughter of Mattie Blair (Baird ) who went to school with your Mom. My husband Archie and I visited your Mom and Dad in 1985, two years before we emigrated to Canada. My Mom died, while on holiday with us, in November, 2008. My deepest sympathy to you all.

I meant to write as soon as I saw the beautiful obituary after your dear mother’s death. May she rest in peace and may you, Jill, your brothers and family be blessed with deep peace and gratitude for your mother. I always remember you on Feb. 6 and so you were once again especially in my prayers on Thursday. If you are ever near Sacred Heart Convent, Calgary, do drop in for a visit!
