Condolences
We saw that it was Donna that was in this tragedy, last night on the news. So saddened and shocked. We wish to extend our condolences to Craig, Jennifer, Ian, Brad, Mark and Glen, Hanna and the extended family. Donna was god-sent when she entered our lives by responding to the community newsletter to look after Terrance at age 1.(now 19) She remains in our memories as bright , cheerful and positive. She was like a god mother to Terrance, taking him to do Santa pictures and giving him the regular mushroom haircuts along with Ian, Brad, Mark and Glen. We hope her positive, heartwarming and energetic spirit will remain to help fill the huge void, that words cannot express. It always felt good to be around Donna and her family. We are thinking of all of you as you go through this very difficult time.
My deepest condolences to the family. The boys always spoke highly of their mother and it was obvious how influential she was in their lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
Craig and family,
I was shocked and saddened to see Donna’s obituary in the Edmonton Journal. I knew Donna at Mac High where we were cheerleaders together along with my sister, Elaine. What fun we had with Donna. She was so full of energy and fun! And yes, that smile! I am so sorry for your loss and pray that you find strength in friends and family in the days and years to come. Her tragic life ending is truly a loss. Maybe Donna rest in peace. With deepest sympathies, Janice Prodor
We just heard of your terrible tragedy. Our son, Paul played hockey with Brad so we met Donna through that. She was a wonderful positive person, and we rest assured that God has a new and special angel. Our thoughts and prayers are with Craig and his children.

I have many many childhood memories of Donna from St. Pius, Sherbrooke, and Mac High that I will cherish forever.
I cannot imagine what a great loss this is for you and your family of losing such a wonderful and beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
My thoughts and prayers are with each and everyone of you for the strength to carry on.

Hello Craig and Family,
Please accept my most sincere condolences on the passing of Donna. I have many warm memories of sharing time with her and the other St. Sylvester girls over the years. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and, especially, her loving family. Such a great and tragic loss for all who knew her.
Sincerely,
Marybeth Haydo
I just heard. I am so very sorry. Donna was amazing and one of the best “Mom” s I ever saw. She overcame her beginnings and triumphed. She will be missed. My best to Craig and their kids.
Respectfully,
Carmen
As a little girl who lived on Gair Avenue I just adored Donna and her house was my favorite place to be. I loved my own mother dearly but I secretly wished she was my Mom. The warmth and unconditional love that she had for her family was felt so strongly by those in her presence as even today I can remember that feeling like it was yesterday. I was so deeply saddened to learn of her passing as I only learnt of this heartbreaking news because I was just trying to find her contact information. This comes many years after she had left a phone message for me and I could not return the call because I had the wrong number.
I send my warmest thoughts to you Craig, Jennifer, Ian, Bradley, Mark and Glenn at this time and know that your Mother and Wife has left a lasting impression on my life and so many others. She was the best Gair Avenue Mom on the block and boy did she serve a mean kraft dinner :)

Dear Craig and Family,
Condolences to you all at this difficult time. We remember Donna fondly as our neighbour here in Schubert Gate. Her outgoing, friendly personality was such a wonderful presence in the schools, sports facilities, and community at large. Whenever we met she always spoke so proudly of all her children and it was quite obvious she truly enjoyed her role as wife and mother. It really was a pleasure having Donna, and your family as neighbours. Our prayers and thoughts are with you.

Dear Craig, We are so saddened to hear of Donna’s passing. We wish we could be at the funeral with you today. We know that after family and friends leave, you will be facing a long and lonely road. It’s hard to know why someone who’s led such an exemplary life as you have, would be faced with such a huge tragedy. We humbly trust in our Heavenly Father’s wisdom even though there are no good answers; and we pray for strength for you. We know that in the eternities, all things can be set right; and you can be with Donna forever.
With our love, Grant and Jackie (now living in southern Alberta)
Leslie called me in October to inform me she’d seen this lady in a Calgary shop , was sure she knew her, but couldn’t think of who it was. So she went up to her and said”I know you, but who are you”. There followed a great visit with lots of reminiscing and laughter over bygone days. So, it was with much dismay Shauna, Leslie and I learned of her tragic passing. My sincere condolences over your great loss. Julie McCann
My sincere condolences to the mills family. I am a sales manager in Winnipeg the the Hudson bay polo park and donna was a rep for one of fashion bra lines. Donna was truly a people person and it was a pleasure when she visited our store. To our customers she was professional and an expert at what she did. They loved the service she provided and we were always completely booked with appointments when she visited our store. To my associates and myself she was respected for her knowledge but mostly for the lovely person she was. Always upbeat and friendly it really was a pleasure to have known Donna.
To the Mills and Pruner families:
We were deeply saddened to hear of Donna’s passing. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this very difficult time. We will always remember her for the kind, loving, and cheerful person she was. Her spirit will live on through all those she touched.

The day I met Donna, ended up being one of the nicest days of my life. I was finishing up with interviews for a consultant position (without much success) & Betty Jacobs arranged for me to meet Donna just as I was flying back to Toronto. The minute I shook Donna’s hand I knew she would be fabulous at this job… such spirit, beauty and warmth. Donna spoke so highly & lovingly about her family & I only wish I had known her sooner. Sincerest condolences, Norine

We met Donna and Craig at Gavin and Kristina’s wedding last November in Phoenix Arizona. We had a wonderful time at the wedding and thought both Donna and Craig were great people and a lot of fun. We enjoyed very much our time we spent with them. They both spoke lovingly about their children and we felt like we had known them forever,

To Donna’s family, and everyone touched by her joy;
Please know that your sorrow is shared as we, too, shall miss her very much.
Whether it be her infectious laughter, that mischievious smile, or her terrific “thanks for spending time with me” hugs after a meeting, and sometimes before… or even the “I can’t believe this works this way” commentary before she made things happen for us, we will miss her.
We will miss her joyful approach to the world of underwear, and her willingness to share her knowledge and to always seek out more information. We will go forward together, and everytime we see/sell “those” items that we “just had to have” we will remember her and smile and thoughts of her will make our days a little brighter.
She loved her family so much and shared so many of your stories with us, we feel as we know a little bit about each of you, too. You are loved and cherished, there will be no end to that.
Peace be with you.
Robin, Kathy, Jennifer, Liz & Marcie
