Condolences
Marcus, we were so sad to hear this news. We know you’ve had a rough time lately and our hope is that you find peace in the wonderful memories you and your family have of your Dad through the years! Keep those memories close to your heart always, they will help you get through this sad time… Sending our love!
Our thoughts are with you and the rest of the family Mrs. Brais, Sharon and I were out of the country until January 5th and just heard the very sad news… Over the years I have told many Frank Brais business stories… I learned a great deal about ‘the biz’ while reporting to him at Shell – he was a great negotiator who valued his customers, and always tried to build long term ‘win-win’ relationships.
Our sincere condolences,
Doug and Sharon
Many of my childhood memories were at the Brais household, and Frank who allowerd my older brother and I to visit their home throughout childhood on Canterville Drive,
RIP, Frank. Much love to the Brais family.
Lynn, I will miss my good friend Frank, but will always remember the great times we had in Montreal in our younger years. His emails kept us laughing and his phone calls whenever there was a crisis were always welcome. I find it difficult to accept the fact that Frank is gone. Michelle and I send our deepest sympathy to You and Your Family.
We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to Lynn and her family.
Condolences to you Andrea, Greg and the girls.
I know our Dad’s are telling stories to each other.
We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to Lynn and her family. We have not seen Frank for years but have kept in touch by e-mail. We will miss Frank’s humorous and sometimes serious e-mails that we always appreciated.
I remember Uncle Frank as a fun, loving and great with all kids-he could easily make you laugh. He was also a great god parent and a special life long friend to my parents, from the days before they were married. My condolences to you auntie Lynn, and to Annick, Andrea and Marc.
We were so sorry to hear about the passing of Frank. Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
Lynn, very sorry for your loss.
I have great memories of the many good times we all enjoyed in Montreal back in the 60’s. My condolences to you and all the family.
One of Shell’s great in my younger days in Montreal, and also my caring supervisor at onetime. An incorrigible optimist driven by a powerful, influential personality. Thank you Frank for your positive influence on a young man, and for your contribution in making Shell such a great place to work.
Hi Lynn, I guess we have been out of touch these many years since you and Frank moved to Calgary. Have gotten updates from Andre Dumais. I have many good memories of Frank during his time in Montreal including the last 3 years before my retirement in ’84 when Frank was my boss. We had some great times together in the “Commercial” side of the business and we were good friends. Frank was a super guy, as you have probably heard many times before and he will be missed by all those who knew him.
My Sincere condolences Lynn to you and your family – keep well and God bless.
Lynn, we were so sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. Please accept our condolences to you and your family. We have many great memories of the time when we all lived in Montreal.
I had the good fortune to work for Frank in both Montreal and Calgary. He was a loyal boss and a great team builder who pushed the right buttons to empower and motivate his staff. No one who worked with or for Frank will ever forget him or the fun we had. Condolences to you Lynn and to your family at this sad time.
Aunt Lynn, I am truly saddened by the passing of Uncle Frank I never remember him without a smile and he taught me the medicinal properties of laughter a lesson that has served me well all my life and I have passed to my children and grand children I spoke of him often though we were not in touch I always knew he was there. Now I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family
I have so many good memories of my career at Shell and working for Frank is right at the top of them. Frank was our “big boss” but he always seemed like more of a colleague. He was always there to support and encourage us and he made it a fun place to work. He loved nothing better than making a good business deal and he created a team environment that we all thrived in. I am grateful for how he helped me in my career and have so much respect for him as a person. He always spoke so lovingly of his family. He will be missed but never forgotten. My sincere condolences to the Brais family on the loss on this special man.
Frank was a co-worker and good friend at and after Shell, one of the good ones.
Lynn, we offer sincere condolences to you and the family on the loss of Frank.
Marc, I was very sorry to learn of your dad’s passing. My dad also sends his condolences to your family. Please know that you are in our thoughts.
Frank was a friend, a mentor, and all round great guy. I thought we had lots more time than we ended up having. I regret that. His understanding of life, people and how they support each other was second to none. He is gone too soon and will be missed. We are thinking of those who will miss him the most, Lynn and all his family.
