Obituary of Robert Bob Donald WOHL

1940 – Edmonton, AB 2013 – Calgary, AB Robert “Bob” Wohl, beloved husband of Marjorie Wohl (nee Stakich) of Calgary, AB, passed away on December 23, 2013 at the age of 73 years after an eight month battle with lung cancer. After graduating from the University of Alberta in 1962 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bob pursued a career in engineering and computing sciences. His passion and hobby was construction and building. Among his numerous building projects he has left a treasured legacy to his family in a beautiful cabin he lovingly constructed so that they could gather and celebrate for years to come. Bob was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather and we are so sad to lose him. We love you and will miss you always, Honey, Dad, and Grandpa. Besides his loving wife of 52 years, Marjorie, Bob is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Sandra Wohl; daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Taimur Akbar; his five grandchildren, Ashley, Aidan and Tyler Wohl, and Mia and Eva Akbar; his brother, Jim Wohl; and his sister-in-law, Sylvie Pageau.
