Obituary of Mark PERSAUD

August 30, 1986 – Guyana, South America September 1, 2013 – Calgary, AB Mark Persaud beloved son of Marcy and Stephen; and brother of Maria Persaud passed away in his home early morning on Sunday, September 1, 2013 at the age of 27 years. He will be remembered as a passionate, down to earth and talented young man who was always willing to help when he was needed. He had a love for animals that started in the small village of Anna Catherina, Guyana and continued over the years with Buddy, Bubbles, Houdini and FuzzBall. Mark took his passion for cars and turned it into a career as a mechanic. He was a limitless sports fanatic and loved playing Dodgeball, hockey and paintball with his friends. In addition to that, he had a fearless spirit and was always up for a new challenge. He was the happiest young man (especially when eating his mom’s cooking) and had a smile that lit up a room. Mark was a true treasure to all those who knew him and he will be greatly missed. Funeral Services were held at St. Marks Catholic Church (5552 Madigan Drive N.E.) on Friday, September 6, 2013 at 11:00a.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
