Condolences
I am sorry that I was unable to attend the service for your Mother, Tom. We share in your loss but understand that your Mother is now resting peacefully. We send our heartfelt condolences to all of your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Thinking of you all but especially Tom. I can remember conversations about your Mom and how it seemed like you were always so proud of her. I’m sure she is proud of you and your family now too. She will always be remembered!
Hugs,

Such a very special lady – so many wonderful memories!
So sorry to hear of the passing of our wonderful Aunt Pat..have nothing but good memories of the too few visits that we had with her and your dad. I loved to hear her laughter and stories. She will be missed by us all..
Sincere sympathy to the family. Have many happy memories living two houses down the street in Calgary, especially the Christmas we joined you for turkey dinner (our turkey was rancid!!) and laughed over the rum sauce at dessert.

Although we can’t be there with you on Monday, please know that Nikki, Paul, Ryan, Emily and Nanette are thinking of all of you as you celebrate your Mother’s life and what a treasure she was.
My sincere sympathies to Pat’s family on her recent death. As a member of the City’s administration, I worked a great deal with Pat on Ward 1 issues. My memories of her passionate community work remain today – she was a wise and thorough politician (she knew how to work the “back rooms” of city hall well!) – she was very creative in working with policy to better meet the needs of the community (one day she called me up to talk about traffic calming on Bowness Road, ending up with a playground sign in an area not that close to a playground!) -she was a strong supporter of administration when she felt they were being unjustly attacked – and I remember she listened really well to residents…she was truly empathetic to their needs. Over the years I have greatly appreciated the time and effort that our political leaders give to their communities…most of it unrecognized. And there is huge impact to their families as well. So please accept this long overdue thank you for supporting Pat in providing great public service. And I hope your family is comforted by the wonderful memories of a life well lived.
