Obituary of Shannon Lee HIRD

HIRD, Shannon Lee (nee Brumwell) April 30, 1958- Calgary, Alberta August 4, 2013 – Calgary, Alberta Shannon beloved wife of Cameron Hird of Calgary, AB passed away after a short but courageous battle with cancer on August 4, 2013 at the age of 55. She passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She is survived by her husband Cam, her mother Jean Brumwell, her brothers Murray (Jan) nephews Dana (Jenn), Dylan and great nephews Brayden, Barry (Heather) niece Alana and nephews Stephen and Jonathan as well as father in-law Bob Hird. She is predeceased by her father Ron Brumwell- (Butchie). The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all of the wonderful doctors and compassionate nurses at the Foothills Medical Centre. A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
