Obituary of Rose Alma WERESCHUK

April 29, 1942 – Willowbunch, Saskatchewan July 26, 2019 – Calgary, Alberta Rose Alma Wereschuk, beloved wife of the late Thomas Wereschuk, of Calgary, passed away on Friday, July 26 2019 at the age of 77 years. Rose was a proud mother and grandmother, she loved bingo, playing cards and crocheting, but her very favorite moments were those around her much loved family. She was also member of the Metis Society. She will be fondly remembered for her love of family, home cooked meals and animals. Rose is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Annette (Larry) and Shirley (Brian), her two sons and daughters-in-law, Barry (Kathy) and Johnny (Marion); eight grandchildren, Larry Jr., Jessica, Crystal, Sarah, Tomas, Wendy, Nicole, Alex, as well as eleven great-grandchildren. Rose was predeceased by her loving husband Thomas, several siblings, and parents, Geordie and Alphie McGillis. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (), on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
