Obituary of Zennith J IWASKOW

1939 – Viking, AB 2013 – Calgary, AB Zennith Iwaskow, beloved husband of Anna Iwaskow of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at the age of 74 years. Zennith was born and raised at Viking, AB on July 24, 1939. He was a senior executive with Standard General Construction in Calgary for many years prior to relocating to the Lower Mainland, BC, where he continued work with Standard General/Genstar before becoming a realtor. He eventually returned to Calgary and retired. Zennith will be greatly missed by his loving wife Anna; daughter Kim (Curtis); son Greg (Brenna); and grandchildren, Haley, Code, Quinn, Zachary, and Selena. He will also be missed by his brothers, Lloyd (Barbara), Peter (Suzanne), and Edward (Susanna); and sisters, Cassie and Jennie. He was predeceased by his first wife, Olive; parents, James and Mary; brothers, Mike, Steve, and Raymond; and sisters, Nancy and Olga. Zennith also leaves behind many friends in Calgary and BC. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church (7103 – 20A Street S.E.) on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church (7103 – 20A Street S.E.) on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Sacred Heart Columbarium (1307 – 14th Street SW).
