Obituary of Barbara Ann Louise KOPITAR

1955 – Wadena, SK 2013 – Calgary, AB It is with our deepest sorrow we announce the loss of a terrific and beautiful person. Barbara Kopitar passed away on June 21st, 2013 at home after a very difficult journey with cancer. Barbara’s strength, positive attitude, kindness and humour will long be remembered by all those whose lives she has touched. Barbara will be dearly missed. Barbara is survived by her loving husband Frank of 34 years; her sons Robert (Jessica), Brent (Kandas and granddaughter Maelle) and Mark and her daughter Lauren. She is also survived by her mother Anne, sisters Lorraine (Raymond), Donna (Dan) and Judith (Kim), as well as many nieces and nephews. Barbara was predeceased by her father George. At Barbara’s request, there will not be a Funeral. A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held at the Delta Calgary South 135 Southland Dr. S.E. Calgary, on July 5th at 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please join our Family to visit and recall memories of Barbara.
