To the Jerry Esch Family
I am very sorry to learn of Jerry’s passing. Jerry and his Dad owned a very successful concrete pipe manufacturing company in Saskatoon. Notwithstanding that Jerry’s concrete pipe company and my company were competitors for many years in Saskatoon Jerry was always my friend. If my company required assistance Jerry would be there! He was a man of extreme integrity throughout his career, and indeed a credit for decades to the concrete products industry. Our sincere condolences are extended to Jerry’s entire family.

Norma-Jean,
I am sorry that I will not be able to attend the service for Jerry on Thursday. I want you to know that I will be thinking of you and praying for you that day and the days ahead as you move into a life without him.
You are probably grateful that Jerry is no longer suffering but that does not fill the hole that Jerry’s passing will leave in your life and your soul.
I wish you well in the days and weeks ahead.
Jerry’s cousin

Merv, Thelma, and Sharon,
It is only recently that I heard of Jerry’s illness. I was so sorry to hear that and now I am even sadder to hear of his passing.
The obituary in the Star Phoenix did justice to the Jerry that I knew. He was quite a guy!
I hope you are all well and that knowing people cared about your brother and that we care about you, will help a wee bit.
