Obituary of Kenneth James LARENCE

1945- Winnipeg, Manitoba 2013- Calgary, Alberta It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Kenneth (Ken) James Larence on May 17, 2013, age 67. Ken was born in Winnipeg and grew up in Fisher Branch MB. Ken will be remembered for his great sense of humour, hospitality, wisdom and courageousness. Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Hlady); beloved father to Shelley and Christy (Brent); wonderful grandfather to Connor, Dawson, Karissa, Abigail, and Graydon. Ken is predeceased by his father James (Jim). He is survived by his mother Lucie (Chartrand); eldest brother to Doreen (Alex), Brian (Jodene), Barry (Rhonda), Dean (Teresa) and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff on unit 47 & 57 at the Calgary Foothills Hospital as well as Dr. Bahlis, and the staff at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre.
