Condolences
My very good neighbour, “Mrs. B” will be greatly missed by all. May God be with Wendy & family especially at this time.
I am very sorry to hear of Mary’s passing. I knew her and Ralph thru the Calgary club and visited with them many times. Yes, we dug a few ‘holes’ together and told a few fibs! Please accept condolences from my wife Elaine and myself at this time.

It is with great sadness that I heard of the passing of Mary Byer. I had the good fortune of meeting Mary and Ralph back in the 1980’s. Mary will be missed by her family and friends. I will always remember her warm smile and her kindness. My thoughts and prayers are with Wendy and her family.
I am so sorry to hear about Mary’s death. Please accept my deepest condolences. I cannot think of anything to say that can comfort you in your sorrow. But I want you to know I am thinking of you, and praying for you at this very sad time.
Wendy,
On behalf of the Calgary Metal Detecting Club, I’d like to offer yourself and the rest of your family sincere condolences regarding Mary’s passing. She was a great lady and we were very fortunate to have known her.
I met Mary in 1997 when I joined the Calgary Metal Detecting Club. She’d been a longtime member and was very active with her daughter Wendy. Mary was a warm and friendly woman who had a great sense of humor. She always had time for people and her kind smile and intelligent insights will be missed. I would always greet her with a kiss on the cheek and a hug. She would show genuine interest in the finds that others would exhibit at the monthly meetings and always listened intently to the treasure stories shared by other members. This lovely, refined lady will be greatly missed. My prayers are with Wendy and the rest of the family. May God comfort you with His love and mercy at this time. Sorry we’ll miss the privilege of honouring her in person but we’ll be out of the country on Friday.
God bless you and keep you, John Syratt
