Inga was born in Maple Creek, SK on October 8, 1926. She married the love of her life on June 26, 1949. Together they moved to Swift Current, then Regina, Vancouver, Edmonton, back to Regina, and finally settled in Calgary in 1971 where they planted deep and lasting roots. In 1981, Inga and Doug moved to the community of Woodlands and were truly blessed to be surrounded by wonderful neighbours and close friends. Inga will be remembered for her warm-heartedness and generosity, her gardening prowess, and her famous fresh baked cinnamon buns, which she happily shared with family and friends alike. She will be sorely missed by her two daughters Sharon (Bill) and Patti (Allen); grandchildren, Lee (Jaime), Douglas, Jessica, Sioned and Emma-Lee; great-grandson Riley; numerous nieces and nephews; and a wonderful community of close friends.
