Obituary of The Honourable Robert P.

October 10, 1929 – March 25, 2013 The Hon. Robert P. Fraser, Q.C. was born on Thursday, October 10, 1929 and passed away on Monday, March 25, 2013. He is survived by his wife of sixty years, Jean Fraser, his daughters Kate Chisholm (Steve), Mary MacGregor and Betsy Fraser, his grandchildren Jesse, Ellen, Matt, Sam and Ben, sister-in-law Clemence Fraser and nephew Matt Fraser. R.P. was a devoted husband, a wonderful father, a loving granddad, a loyal friend, a very talented lawyer and a thoughtful and respected Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench. The law was his lifelong interest and passion. Among many honours, R.P. served as President of the Ranchmen’s Club of Calgary (1979 – 1981), President of the Law Society of Alberta (1986 – 1987) and the Chair of the Saddledome Foundation (1991 – 1998). A Memorial Service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.
