Obituary of RABBIT CARRIER

September 14, 1993- January 1, 2013 It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our dearly beloved Reyd Nevin Rabbit Carrier, at the age of 19 years old, on January 1, 2013. Reyd was known for his loving, caring and kind-hearted ways. He had an infectious smile, which you couldn’t help but smile back. Reyd touched our hearts and those who knew him in a special way. He enjoyed making new friends and cherished the ones he had, but nothing can replace the deep love and compassion he had for his mom Marlo and his grandmother Ina, as well as his two boys Dayson and Oliver. Reyd enjoyed hanging with the boys playing his games on the Xbox 360 all hours of the night. Hockey, MMA and UFC were his passions, his dream was that one day he would be a fighter or professional hockey player. Reyd attended C.O.S.S., Gleichen, Strathmore and was currently attending Siksika Outreach School. Reyd is survived by his mother Marlo ; step-dad Kody; biological father Marlon Many Guns, children Dayson Many Heads and Oliver Crane ; siblings Halle, Trygve, Payne, Jacinta, Taylor, Brandon, Courtney, Chandler, Tamaya, Ryder and Lateycia. Grandparents Ina Maguire, Jaylene (Randy), Priscilla, Jackie Many Guns (Clarence) and Thomas Many Guns (Debra). Aunties Tanya (Dwayne), Rayvon (Harold Jr), Kendra, Ginger (Ellie), Tracey (Daylon) and Raylene Many Guns (Hott). Uncles Tom Many Guns and Darrell Willier; God-parents Pam Red Gun and Conrad Good Eagle. Special brothers; Jeremy, Emmitt and Buddy. Also his extended families of the Rabbit Carriers, Maguires, Many Guns and Duck Chiefs. Reyd had numerous family and friends and we apologize if we forgot to mention anyone. Wake Services for the family will be held at the residence of Ina Maguire, Siksika Nation on Sunday, January 6, 2013 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Public Wake Services will be held at the Gordon Yellow Fly Memorial Arbour on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Gordon Yellow Fly Memorial Arbour on Monday January 7, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
