Obituary of Maureen Theresa GALLAGHER

October 6, 1951 – July 20, 2012 Maureen T Gallagher of Calgary, formerly of London, England passed away on Friday 20th July 2012 aged 60 years. Maureen is survived by her loving brother Kieran (London, England) sister Eira (Dublin, Ireland) sisters in laws Sue and Peggy, nephews Timmy, John, James and Danny; nieces Sinead, Joanne and Teresa; aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family in Ireland, England, North America, Canada and Australia and a wide circle of friends. Maureen is predeceased by her late father John, mother Una and brothers Adrian and Eamonn. Maureen had been living and working in Calgary for three decades but had always intended to retire back home to Ireland. While in life she did not get the opportunity to realise this particular ambition, Maureen final resting place will indeed be close to where she spent many happy childhood summers in Swinford, Co.Mayo, Ireland. Another light in the family switched off long before it’s time. A daughter, sister and aunt, loved too much to ever be forgotten.
