Once again I want to express my sympathy on Jack passing away so suddenly. As I said before I will remember him with a smile on his face when we occasionally met in the hallway.
I regret that a previous engagemant prevents me from attending the funeral but I will be thinking of you all.
We feel your loss and offer our most deep felt sympathy. We will cherish our many fond, happy, comical memories of Jack and the good times we shared together. We will truly miss him.
