Obituary of Vivien Elaine ROMAN

December 13, 1932 – July 6, 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Vivien (Bing) Elaine Roman, on Friday, July 6, 2012, surrounded by family at the age of 79. Vivien was a partner and office manager of Reefer Service Calgary Ltd.. For thirty-eight years she made all customers feel welcome with her sense of humour and laughter. We will miss her generous, caring, and loving nature. Vivien’s strength and sense of humour allowed her to overcome all obstacles. Her delicious dinners and desserts brought her family great comfort and togetherness. Vivien will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her children, Stephen, Larry (Kathy), Brad (Lucy), and Dionne; and granddaughters, Shannon (Dean), Ashley and Lindsey. She is also survived by her former spouse Lawrence; and siblings, Doug (Jan) Woods, Hollis (Lorne) Gogal, Janis (Clayton) Maleski, and Les Woods; and many other relatives. She was predeceased by her siblings, Gerry Field, Donald Woods, Linda Pfiefer, and Diane Purdy. Mom, Bing, Vivien will always be loved and truly missed by all who knew her. In keeping with Vivien’s wishes there will be no formal funeral service. A private family gathering will be held. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
