Obituary of Duane Sheldon SHULLMAN

January 18, 1970 – July 2, 2012 Duane Sheldon Shullman, beloved husband of Tracy of Crossfield, was taken from us unexpectedly on Monday, July 2, 2012 at the age of 42 years. Duane was born on January 18, 1970 in Russell, MB. He moved to Crossfield in 2001 where he worked as a class one driver for Elhard Sand & Gravel. Duane and Tracy have been married for twenty-three years through which they have five children together. Duane enjoyed weekends at the family’s camping site, Burnt Stick Lake. He was also known for being the “go to guy” for anyone who needed a helping hand or a vehicle fixed or picked up. He was a husband, friend, brother who loved his family first and for most. Besides his loving wife Tracy, Duane is survived by sons, Blade (Gina), Rayden and Chazz; daughters, Shyanne (Matt) and Shaylyn; mom Pearl Froom; brothers, Darcy, Tim (Lori), Terry (Bridgette), Jason; and sister Shelley (Grant). Duane was predeceased by his grandfather “Gido” George; father Daniel; and step-father Eddy. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Airdrie Funeral Home (300 Towerlane Drive, Airdrie, Alberta) on Monday, July 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
