Condolences
To Maureen’s family
I am deeply sorry for your loss.
Maureen was an inspiration to so many people in our chosen field of Transfusion/Laboratory services. When I served with Maureen on the CSMLS Board of Directors, she gave me the gift of her patience and generous support at a time when mentoring meant a great deal to me. Trying to ‘pay it forward’ in her memory. In closing, my condolences to all her loved ones. Kate Gagliardi

Maureen touched our family in ways that words can not express. Her family values have left us with many memories from our reunions that will remain with us for the rest of our lives. She brought us all together so we could share stories from days gone by. Thank you Maureen.
We were so blessed to have Maureen and family attend Garvin’s celebration of life earlier this year. Her smiling face from that day will be a cherished memory of her.
Please accept our condolences from Brett, Linda, Shayna, Americo, Jarod, Melissa, Garvin (in Memory), Colleen and Bev.
Please accept my deepest regrets for the passing of Maureen. I knew her since the U of A in Edmonton 40 years ago where we worked as lab technologists and over the years our paths crossed many times. She was not only a leader in her field but friendly to all and a lot of fun to be around. It was through her that I first became interested in being on the CSMLS Board of Directors. She was an exceptional person and well thought of around the country. She will be greatly missed.
Sincerely Carol

Maureen was a gem – unique and priceless. Definately a sparkplug just like Grannie Morris. Sheri, Jeff and Ryan you all have her wit, her twinkle and her smile. She was the best story teller and I hope you have the opportunity to share some of her “finest” moments. Love to you all from your old Aunti Sheila. We shall toast a glass of red wine in her honour on the 23rd. (Maureen will be saying more than one glass I hope)
