Obituary of Michael John ELLIOTT

July 3, 1927 – April 29, 2012 Michael John Elliott beloved husband of June of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at the age of 84 years. Born in Horsham, Sussex, Michael served in the RAF during WWII before immigrating to Canada in 1951. Upon moving to Calgary, Michael became involved in mountaineering and Minor Hockey and Wesley United Church. Michael worked as a stockbroker at Richardson Greenshields for 25 years during which time he made lifelong friendships with colleagues and clients. Michael is survived by June his wife of 49 years, his two sons David (Kelly) and Robert (Jacqui), and his five grandchildren Brendan, Justin, Andrew, Kennedy and Adrian.
