Obituary of Norma CAMERON

January 25, 1915 – April 3, 2012 Norma passed away peacefully on April 3, 2012, at the Mayfair Care Centre. Norma was born in Glasgow Scotland and she met Sandy when he was stationed in that city during WWII. They were married in 1944 and Norma came to Canada in 1946, as a war bride. After a few years in Saskatoon she and Sandy moved to Calgary where they have resided ever since. She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Alex (Sandy), her son Neil and his wife Susan, her daughter Barbara and her husband Derek McManus, four grandchildren Christopher (Sharie) and Cheryl (Will) Eversden, and Jason (Sonia) and Paul McManus; as well as one great-grandson Jag Alexander Cameron. Norma also leaves a sister-in-law Barbara Robertson of Victoria B.C. Norma was predeceased by her parents, her brother Neil (who was killed in action at Dunkirk in 1940), and her sisters Christine and Helen. A Memorial Service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.
