Obituary of Harold Henry FRASER

October 20, 1937 – March 12, 2012 Harold Henry Fraser, born October 20, 1937, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 12, 2012. He was born in Lethbridge, and settled in Calgary Alberta in 1974. Harold embraced life and approached each day as a blessing. His commitment to his faith was his foundation. He was committed to his faith right up to his last words. He is survived by his loving wife Carole of 54 years, his children Cheryl, Brenda, Rochelle, Joanne, Valerie, Michael and Jason. He is also survived by his sister Jean, 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and his two pooches Hunter and Metro. He was predeceased by his sister Josephine, his brother Alan, his granddaughter Katharine, and his beloved dog Tracker. His love for his dogs was expressed through his support for the Calgary Basset Rescue Society, where any donations are welcome. Harold was a loving and faithful husband, Dad, Grampa, Great Grampa and friend. Rest in peace. We love you and know that you are now home. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at St. Luke’s Catholic Church (Corner of Northmount Drive & Northland Drive N.W.) on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke’s Catholic Church (Corner of Northmount Drive & Northland Drive N.W.) on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.
