Obituary of Nellie Talia MEGUINIS

April 22, 1984 – February 22, 2012 Nellie Talia Meguinis was born on April 22, 1984 in Calgary and was taken home to the Lord on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at the age of 27 years. Talia was a mother first, a sister, daughter, and friend to many. She lived life to the fullest. She loved to laugh and be around friends and family. She will be dearly missed by her sons Kaleb, Noah and Kaden whom she loved unconditionally. She is also survived by her brothers Troy, Tyson, Theoren, Christopher (Tania), sister Crystal (Richard), mother Sally Simeon, father Donald Rider, grandmothers Josephine Meguinis and Louise Rider and numerous cousins and friends. Talia was predeceased on her maternal side by her mother Patricia Mary Meguinis, her grandfather Walter Lawrence Meguinis, her uncle Purnell Meguinis, great-grandparents Bessie Meguinis, Jim and Isabelle Simeon, great-aunts Sarah Meguinis, Maryjane Starlight and great-uncles Willie Littlebear, Phillip Meguinis and Bruce Howard Simeon. Wake Services will be held at the residence of Sally Simeon on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. A Celebration of her life will be held at Chiila Elementary School (80 Cow Camp Road Tsuu T’ina Nation, AB) on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Tsuu T’ina Cemetery.
