Obituary of Barbara Barclay JOHNSTON

May 20, 1939 – February 22, 2012 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Barbara Johnston on February 22, 2012 at Foothills Country Hospice. Barb enjoyed her time working at Harlen Fairbanks up until her illness. There she had the pleasure of making many special friends especially Roberta who meant a lot to our mom. Barb also enjoyed reading, crocheting and baking. Barb is survived by her sons, Rob (Eileen) and Doug (Mary Ann); her grandchildren, Ben, Adam, Tyler, and Matthew; and her brothers and sisters. Barb was predeceased by her husband Joe in May of 2002. Mom’s life will be celebrated at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
