Obituary of James Norman TAYLOR
March 24, 1922 – February 20, 2012
James (Jim) Norman Taylor beloved father, husband and grandfather, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, February 20, 2012 at the age of 89 years.
Jim was born and raised in Melita, MB. A veteran of World War II, he served overseas from 1941 to 1945. A graduate in geology from UBC, Jim was employed for years in the oil industry, mostly as a consultant.
Jim will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his daughters, Colleen (Brock) and Pam (Brad) and their mother Dorothy; grandchildren, Morgan, Dylan, Riley, Matthew, Jesse, Jordan and Sammy. He was predeceased by his parents, brothers and sister.
