Obituary of Richard Carl HOINKES

April 7, 1956 – February 18, 2012 Rick beloved husband of Barb of Calgary, passed away on February 18, 2012 at the age of 55 years. He was born in Toronto, moved to Alberta in 1976 where he worked in various industry’s, ultimately becoming the proud co-owner of Nortruck Manufacturing. One of his greatest passions was restoring classic cars. He was an active member of The Alberta Iron Indians Pontiac Club and the Canadian Poncho Club. Rick is survived by his loving wife Barb; daughters Rachel Hoinkes and Reanna (Jordan) Post. He is also survived by his parents Bob and Irene Hoinkes of Paris, ON., and brothers Ron, Rob (Evelyn) and Rodney (Lori) and numerous extended family, nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.), on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
