We would like to extend our condolence to the family of Lucy Stout. Seeing her picture and reading the obit brought back many pleasant childhood memories of Lucy and,in later years, another connection with the family through Phyllis. Lucy will be missed by all who knew her. Thanks for including the notice in our Regina newspaper.
